Bullcrap! What happened to 3 on, 1 off? Owners can't just switch the rules after they get stubborn and don't allow members to negotiate starting times.
I am sorry you are frustrated. Extra day of rest this week will help recovery, we have been working hard. This will prepare us for the challenging week ahead.
