Beau Hoffman
Beau Hoffman is a Certified Level-1 CrossFit Trainer in Saginaw, Michigan. He attended Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, where he earned a degree in Biological Sciences along with a minor in Chemistry. Training has been a life changing activity that pushes him to work hard and be consistent. Moreover, it has improved his overall life and well-being.
