  4. Well at least you answered his question about how it stacks up. It doesn't touch my 5:36 though. I did front squats instead of overheard squats.

  5. All considered we must not look past the fact Blair did front squats which is an easier movement for most. Do not get me wrong both are a task, but OH squats activate more muscles = more difficulty. Therefore, this could have resulted in a faster time. Beau
