-BICO (Buy In/Cash Out)= 25 push-ups
W.O.D (Workout of the Day)
-Jump Rope 4 minutes

-Notes: Try to do as many double unders as possible. Have Fun and let me know your jump count. Also, please comment on your feelings about the W.O.D., good or bad.
