-Warm-up
-BICO (Buy in/ Cash out) = 37 jumping jacks, and 1 handstand pushup or 30 second handstand hold.
W.O.D. (Workout of the Day)
-150 push-ups (touch chest to ground with full extension at the top)
-150 straight-leg sit ups (touch middle of shin each repetition, with abmat or towel under lower back)
-150 squats
Each repetition done correctly count, if not forget about it!
